By accessing and using the Flowster platform and services provided by Fluid Software Designs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Flowster is an NLP-based dynamic workflow automation platform that allows users to create automated workflows by describing them in natural language. The platform converts these descriptions into executable Python-based automation that integrates with various third-party services including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other APIs.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To use Flowster, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Maintaining the security of your login credentials
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information remains accurate and current

4. Service Integrations and Permissions

Third-Party Service Connections

Flowster integrates with various third-party services. When you connect these services, you grant us permission to access and use your data from these services solely for the purpose of executing your configured workflows.

Google Services

When you connect Google services, you understand that:

  • We will access only the data necessary to perform your configured workflows
  • You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Google account settings
  • We comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy
  • Your data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy

5. Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

You may use Flowster for legitimate business and personal automation purposes consistent with these Terms.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Flowster to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Overload or interfere with our services
  • Create workflows that harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Data and Privacy

Your Data

You retain ownership of your data. We process your data only as necessary to provide our services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures for your own accounts and systems.

Data Backup

While we make reasonable efforts to back up data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data and workflow configurations.

7. Service Availability

Uptime

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Pricing and Payment

Subscription Fees

Certain features may require paid subscriptions. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the billing schedule you select. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

Our IP

The Flowster platform, including its technology, trademarks, and content, is owned by Fluid Software Designs and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your IP

You retain ownership of your workflows, data, and content. You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide our services.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluid Software Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

11. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
