By accessing and using the Flowster platform and services provided by Fluid Software Designs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Flowster is an NLP-based dynamic workflow automation platform that allows users to create automated workflows by describing them in natural language. The platform converts these descriptions into executable Python-based automation that integrates with various third-party services including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other APIs.
To use Flowster, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures for your own accounts and systems.
While we make reasonable efforts to back up data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data and workflow configurations.
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
Certain features may require paid subscriptions. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Payment is due according to the billing schedule you select. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
The Flowster platform, including its technology, trademarks, and content, is owned by Fluid Software Designs and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your workflows, data, and content. You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluid Software Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
